Return & Refund Policy for Burhani Acrylics

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a defect or mistake, we offer returns and refunds under conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition & packaging.

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@burhaniacrylics.net with:

    • Order ID

    • Photo of the product defect/damage

  • Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will cover shipping costs.

  • If return is not due to an error on our part, shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days.

  • Refund method will be same as original payment.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective).

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

7. Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
